Started as a personals magazine in 1974, Cherry Blossoms certainly has built a household name over the years for western men to meet (mostly) Asian women. The women on the website are mainly from South-East Asia, Philippines, China with also some mixed in from other (non) Asian countries. Around 20.000 single women are active daily on the website. However, its age shows in a bad way.
The website is basic but has the features to make a profile, search women and view their profiles. Photos are shown as well. This website claims to be for real, with diversity in quality and quantity – but this is not true in reality. We found the women on Cherry Blossoms on average very unresponsive to the messages sent. If they respond, it is because they want you to send more messages – and Cherry Blossoms to have you pay for a membership. Best is to stay with other, better asian women datingsites. Cherry Blossoms also provides translation services, so-called “romance tours” and visa support if needed, which are basically one big scam to get as much money from your pocket as possible.
You sign up for free, but for you to be able to contact other members you will have to obtain a paid membership. This is on a monthly basis, starting at $10. There are also other “perks” if you get a paid membership, as being able to post more photos of yourself, send unlimited private emails and getting to know who viewed your profile. All in all Cherry Blossoms not really a good choice for western men who are interested in meeting genuine and nice Asian women. Due to the broad scope of the website its use can sometimes be limited. And it seems the website is filled to the brim with dishonest or plain false profiles. Avoid.
